Finally getting this out of the way! Thank you to and for helping me judge the contest~ It was NOT easy for me to pick a winner, nor was it easy for me to pick 2nd or 3rd place. I love all the entries, and you all had some really cool ideas! Thank you again for entering!

Drumroll please...~

Third place goes it She's left Deviantart, but I have her contact info kekeke (well okay she GAVE it to me, but that's not the point) so I will still get ahold of her and tell her she won 3rd.

Kudos for involving another character besides RK! Only one other person did that. This piece is detailed and a lot of fun, and I really like it.


Second place goes to ! I was going back and forth between this and the first place for a while...

There is just no way of denying this awesome trippyness. Again, going out of the box and taking up my 'use another character' offer-- love it because Sparky suits the zany nature of this contest. Also love the way Kao can make things look REAL, especially food! This picture makes me hungry. The pan-out panel style of the picture is also original and effective~

Finally, first place goes to

Everyone really liked this and Kao's entry, but I finally decided on this one as winner for a few reasons. For one, I have a huge softspot for real media, particularly markers! Two, this depicted exactly what the contest asked for-- RK + waffle(s), with awesome execution. Like I said, there were a lot of cool ideas entrants came up with, but the giant waffle endeared me. Kind of Alice-In-Wonderland-ish, kek~ Three, I really really love the way she drew RK 8)

So again, thank you~! I will be contacting you three about your requests. I also still owe ~SeaDragonLife her chibi request, so I will get on that.

So! I have decided that I am going go kick down the door to selfish desires and THROW A CONTEST. In which contest, I will ask you, oh lovely members of DA, to draw my RK with a waffle (or waffles).

The winner will get two request pictures by me probably done in Open canvas.
Second place will get one request.
Third place will get a doodle-quality request.
Every entrant will get a chibi doodle of their character, so make sure you give me a reference when you note me your entry.

References for MyKies are here, here, here and here. I don't care what you draw him wearing. He can be naked for all I care. Just as long as he's got a waffle with him, THAT IS THE ONLY RULE. DRAW MANY WAFFLES. I don't care how many waffles. It could be the world's supply of waffles ONLY YOU CAN DECIDE. Alternatively, you CAN draw one of my other characters with waffles/a waffle if you like, but only if you really want to and I'm not going to make references easy for you HA 8D <3

I will also note that I'll be judging based on effort, creativity, how-much-it-glees-me, and a little bit of aesthetically pleasing. I will assimilate myself some judges to help me with the decision some time between now and January 19
